9. The B Line Test Prep Satisfaction Guarantee

If you don’t feel that you are prepared to take your exam and you have completed all of the curriculum, you can study again with us for free. You will be re-enrolled in the session (Cram or Full) that you had initially signed up for. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 72 hours of enrollment for a full refund. Just contact us at: support@blinetestprep.com to make arrangements.

10. The Score Higher Guarantee

If you don’t raise your score, you can either prep for your test with us again or get your money back. If you wish to prep for your test again, you will be re-enrolled in the session (Cram or Full) that you had originally signed up for. In order to initiate a refund we will need:

• A copy of your official score report from an exam taken prior to enrollment in one of the B Line Test Prep courses.
• All curriculum will have to have been completed including all practice tests, practice sessions, vocabulary building exercises and any additional material included with your course.
• A copy of your official score report from your exam taken no more than 30 days from the end of your last session with B Line Test Prep.
• You will have 30 days from the receipt of your  last exam results to provide all material required for a refund. You may email, fax, or mail all of the required documents. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
